Live events are one of the most universal human experiences. The roar of a crowd. The moment a game turns. The feeling of being there, in person, when something unforgettable happens. Every one of us has felt it.

The journey to a live event -finding tickets, paying fees, navigating platforms that weren't built with fans in mind - is filled with more friction than it should be. And the teams and entertainers at the center of it all? They've largely been cut out of the relationship with the very fans they've spent years building.

Jump was founded to dismantle that model, led by people who understood it from every angle. Marc Lore built and scaled two of the most disruptive commerce companies of the last two decades. Alex Rodriguez spent a career at the center of live sports, watching the fan relationship get intermediated away. Jordy Leiser has spent his career building software that changes how industries operate. Together, they decided to build the infrastructure that gives it all back to the teams.

The result is a platform that gives teams and entertainers control over ticketing, the fan experience, and revenue through a single connected system. Today, we're a team of engineers, operators, designers, and strategists who wake up every day obsessed with making it better.

The work is hard. That's exactly why we're here.

Our mission

Empower teams and entertainers to build fans for life.

Fans deserve better. So do the teams and entertainers they show up for. We're building the platform that finally delivers all of it.

Our core values

what we
believe in.

01

Begin and build with trust

Trust starts as a given because we believe it's the ultimate unlock. We treat each other with respect, follow through on commitments, and do the right thing even when it's uncomfortable. That means leading with curiosity instead of assumptions, disagreeing openly before a decision is made and committing fully once it is, and giving feedback with care and candor.

02

Play like the underdog

We were told what we're building was impossible. We've proved people wrong time and time again, and we're not done. We stay hungry, humble, and relentless, moving fast, adapting faster, and finding creative ways around obstacles.

03

Win as a team

We play to win, and nothing gets won alone. Strong collaboration isn't a nice-to-have; it's how anything meaningful gets built. We celebrate each other, never point fingers, and push each other to be better. When something is hard, it's us against the problem.

04

Do your thing

Everyone at Jump is seen as an expert in their field. That doesn't mean having all the answers. It means bringing ideas to the table and helping to shape the way we build. You get the autonomy, tools, and resources to do it — your ideas are just as valuable as your output.

How we work

AI multiplies great people.

We start with great people and give them the tools to do the best work of their careers.

We use AI so we can focus on work that moves the needle.

At Jump, engineers generate around 90% of their code using AI. Designers go from concept to deployed prototype in under an hour. Research that used to take days gets synthesized in minutes. When AI handles execution, people focus on the judgment calls and hard problems that actually move the product forward

We move with the models.

Last quarter's best practices can become this quarter's bottleneck. We stay close to what's changing by adjusting workflows, adopting new tools, and dropping old ones when something better comes along. We've built an AI system connected to our dev tools, project management, and monitoring so anyone can find answers without waiting on someone else.

We share what we're learning.

Nobody at Jump has AI figured out completely, and we're not pretending otherwise. People present at all-hands on what they're actually using, our Principal AI Engineer runs open office hours, and when someone figures something out, it spreads fast. The expectation isn't that you arrive knowing everything — it's that you stay curious and make the people around you sharper.

We hire people who are ahead of the curve.

AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have at Jump. We look for people already using AI to work differently, not just faster. If you've been experimenting with AI workflows before anyone asked you to, you'll fit right in.
