Service Pricing

Bikes: Unlock fee is $3 and includes first 20 min ($.15 per min after that)
Scooters: Free to Unlock and $.33 per min


The clock starts when you reserve a bike or scooter via the Uber or JUMP app.

Sales tax not included.


Bikes can be placed on HOLD for up to an hour. Charges apply during this time.


$25 fee for locking outside of the system area.

You’ll be able to find and reserve a bike using the Uber app.

Rent a JUMP scooter by reserving it ahead of time in the Uber app or when you see an available scooter in your area. Reserving a scooter ahead of time ensures the scooter is there when you arrive.

Find a JUMP scooter

  1. Tap the bike/scooter icon
  2. Look for scooters near you on the map
  3. Select a scooter and tap "Reserve"

Start your ride

  1. Go to your scooter's location
  2. Tap the blue QR code icon in the Uber app
  3. Scan the QR code on the scooter's handlebar to unlock it

Note: You can also unlock a scooter by entering its alphanumeric ID into the app.

Bikes must be locked to a bike rack and should only be parked 1 bike per rack.

  • Park your scooter on the area of the sidewalk closest to the curb or in specially-designated areas such as bike racks.
  • Make sure that your scooter is securely parked upright when you leave it.
  • Do not obstruct pedestrian space
  • Do not park at corners, on or in front of the curb ramps, crosswalks or anywhere two pedestrian paths of travel intersect.
