JUMP created a Free Rides for Essential Service Workers program that offers free 30-minute JUMP rides to workers providing essential services like medical staff, emergency responders, and grocery workers. We have also increased sanitization efforts, and we recommend that riders take steps to prevent the spread of the virus such as traveling only when necessary, wearing gloves, sanitizing handlebars, and washing their hands before and after riding.
