Ending your ride outside of the system area may result in an additional fee of 25€.
You’ll be able to find and reserve a bike using the Uber app.
You can ride JUMP bikes anywhere within the service zone indicated on the map above, which is also available in the app, so check where you want to end the trip. When you’re finished riding, leave your bike parked within the same zone. Bikes parked outside of the zone are subject to a 25€ additional fee.
Park your bike out of the way of pedestrians and other vehicles and make sure you follow the detailed parking guidelines below.
JUMP bikes parked outside of the service zone indicated on the map above, also available in the app, will result in a 25€ additional fee. Bikes parked in No Parking Zones are also subject to a 25€ additional fee.
There will be very clear no parking zones highlighted in red in the Uber app. If you try to end a trip in a no parking zone, the app will send you a notification asking you to leave the zone to end your trip to avoid the 25€ fee.
To a bike rack or to a post, ensuring you are not blocking pedestrians, vehicles or sidewalks in any way.
Jump has purchased civil liability insurance for damages that you may cause to third parties and their property arising out of an accident whilst using a Jump Bike.
The insurer in relation to Jump Bikes is XL Insurance Company SE, an insurance company domiciled 8 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, in Ireland, registered under number 641686, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (www.centralbank.ie).

In the event that you have been involved in an accident, you should first ensure your own safety and the safety of those around you. You should then contact the emergency service if needed.
We also ask that you report any accidents to Uber as soon as possible (and no later than 14 days of the date of the accident) through the in-app help section. To get help, please select "Help", "Safety and security" and then tap on the article "I was involved in an accident" and enter the details. A member of our support team will call you back as soon as possible. If you don't have an Uber account, please get in contact through the following website: t.uber.com/jumpsupport
If the accident involves any injury or damage to a third party, we ask that you exchange contact details with the third party and request that they report their injury or damage through the following website t.uber.com/jumpsupport.
You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent and minimise loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, the risk of claims, bodily injury and damage to property).
If any third party involved in the accident demands or mentions compensation from you, whether in writing or otherwise, you must notify XL Insurance Company SE’s claims representative as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of any such demand using the following contact details:
