During the hold period, you are charged the standard rate.
You’ll be charged with 50EUR additional fee if you park your vehicle outside of the service area.
You’ll be able to find and reserve a bike or scooter using the Uber app.
You can ride JUMP bikes and scooters anywhere within the service zone indicated on the map above, which is also available in the app. When you’re finished riding, leave your bike or scooter parked within the same zone. Bikes and scooters parked outside of the service zone are subject to a 50€ additional fee.
Do not ride on sidewalks.
JUMP is a signatory of the charter of good conduct for bike sharing in Paris. In line with this charter, JUMP encourages the respect of the current regulatory context, notable the Highway code, the sanitary regulations of the Paris department and the PAVE (accessibility plan)
Park your bike or scooter out of the way of pedestrians and other vehicles and make sure you follow the detailed parking guidelines below.
All bikes are equipped with a lock. At the end of each trip you will need to lock the bike. Lock the bike to appropriate urban furniture. In the absence of urban furniture, you may lock the bike to itself.
Scooters should be parked in appropriate zones.
In any case, avoid obstructing the public way and impeding pedestrians’ passing. Any obstruction to the public way may result in fines that may be charged to you.
In order to maintain respect of public space, there are prohibited parking areas and dedicated parking areas. The different prohibited parking areas are indicated on the map in the app. In some areas of the city, the app indicates that the bike or scooter can only be parked in a dedicated parking area. In this case, you will only be able to complete your trip in one of these areas.
We have also set up low-speed zones in the city's pedestrian zones to ensure the safety of our users and other users of public space. If you cross these pedestrian areas your speed will be limited to 8 km/h.
A €5 fee will be charged when a vehicle is left in an area where parking is not permitted and a €50 fee when parked outside the service area.
You are also liable for fines or penalties for traffic or parking violations imposed as a result of your use of a bike or scooter.
Areas where parking is prohibited are indicated in the app. You will incur a charge of €5 if you park your bike or scooter in a restricted parking area.

Jump has purchased insurance covering your civil liability for damages that you may cause to third parties and their property arising out of an accident whilst using a Jump Bike. Jump Bike cover is subject to a limit of liability of €1,000,000 per accident.

Jump has purchased separate motor insurance cover in relation to Jump Scooters in France. The cover note of such insurance is available by clicking HERE.

In the event that you have been involved in an accident, you should first ensure your own safety and those around you and then contact the emergency service if needed.
