FAQ

You’ll be able to find and reserve a scooter using the Uber app.

With the exception of the no parking zones and no riding zones shown in the map, you can ride JUMP scooters anywhere within the service zone indicated on the map above, which is also available in the app. When you’re finished riding, leave your scooter parked within the same zone.

Park your scooter out of the way of pedestrians and other vehicles and make sure you follow the detailed parking guidelines below.

The scooters must park in the designated spots shown in the app.

You cannot leave your scooter:

  • On sidewalks or in streets of special protection for the pedestrian or where there is a specific sign that prohibits it.
  • In the areas reserved for taxis, and public transport, as well as in the pedestrian space related.
  • In the places reserved for parking for people with reduced mobility.
  • Docked to traffic signal elements, plants, streetlights, benches or canopies. On the other hand, they can be docked to fences or other elements of urban furniture when they do not hinder or prevent their use and maintenance.

See guidelines below to park it correctly.

No riding zone include:

  • Area of the historic centre.
  • Area of contemporary art museum. -You can drive it on bicycle lanes, bike tracks, streets of one-way lane (where the speed limit is 30km/h) -Bike-sidewalks and bike paths, at moderate speed and respecting the priority of pedestrians at the marked crossings. -In the parks, you can go through those routes where it is allowed. If they are shared with the pedestrian, the speed is limited to 5 kilometers per hour.
  • Remember that like the rest of the vehicles, you must comply with the maximum speed limit and traffic regulations.

And on the sidewalks? Local regulations allow parking scooters only in the designated.

Jump has purchased a civil liability insurance policy covering your civil liability for damages that you may cause to third parties and their property arising out of an accident. This policy has a limit of liability of €1,000,000 per accident.

If you’ve been involved in an accident then you should immediately stop circulating and park your bike or scooter in a designated space. Then make sure that you and everyone around you is safe and call the Municipal Police and/or emergency services through the 112 Emergencies phone number.

We also ask that you report this accident to Uber either through the in-app help section. To get help, please select "Help", "Safety and security" and then tap on the article with the title "I was involved in an accident" and enter the details. A member of our support team will call you back as soon as possible. In case you don't have an Uber account, please get in contact at t.uber.com/jumpsupport

If the accident involves any third party injury or damage, we ask that you exchange contact details with the third party and request that they report this to Uber through (t.uber.com/jumpsupport) and specify the contact number they wish to be called back on.
