Rip City Remix Announce Jump as Official Fan Experience & Ticketing Partner, Launch First Ever Fan Mobile App

July 14, 2026

The Rip City Remix, the G League affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers, has named Jump their official fan experience and ticketing partner beginning with the 2026–’27 season. Single Game Experience Deposits and a 24-Game Courtside Season Package are on sale now, and for the first time in franchise history, the Remix have a mobile app live on both iOS and Android.

"As we continue to grow the Remix brand, we're always looking for partners that share our commitment to innovation and putting our fans first," said Rip City Remix President Hannah Grauert. "Jump's platform gives us the flexibility to create a better experience for our fans while continuing to build meaningful connections with our community."

The partnership comes at a pivotal moment for the Remix as the organization evolves its approach to fan engagement and revenue growth under new owner Tom Dundon. They wanted the freedom to test new ideas, evolve their strategy, and move quickly as the organization grew. Rather than forcing that vision into a rigid system, Jump gave the Remix the flexibility to build around it, making the platform an enabler of their long-term strategy, not a constraint.

"The Rip City Remix has a reputation for innovation, and moving quickly," said Jordy Leiser, CEO and Co-Founder of Jump. "As they continue to grow, they needed a platform that gives them more control, more flexibility, and a stronger foundation for innovation. We're excited to work alongside their great team and bring more big ideas to life.

With Jump, the Remix can build and test new ticket products throughout the season, adjust offers based on real fan demand, and reach fans directly through their own branded app. With the foundation now in place, the Remix are positioned to spend less time working around legacy technology and more time building what comes next.

The Remix will release their full 2026–27 regular season schedule this fall. Fans can visit https://ripcity.gleague.nba.com/ or download the new app to buy tickets, manage their account, and follow what's next.
