A new way to ride with Uber
Review detailed guidelines to ride and park correctly on your city page.
01 — Find Your Ride
Open the Uber app, switch to Bike & Scooter view, reserve a nearby e-bike or simply walk up to the vehicle to get started.
02 — Start Riding
Scan the QR code on the bike to unlock, fully retract the cable lock, put on a helmet, and go.
03 — End the Ride Responsibly
Movement is for everyone. Always lock bikes out of the way of walkways and accessibility ramps.
Ride Safe. Ride Smart.
JUMP bikes and scooters allow you to go further, get there faster, and have more fun - but please ride safe.
Wear a helmet
Experts believe that safe riding begins with wearing a helmet. We agree. We strongly recommend you to wear a helmet.
Follow traffic laws
Yield to pedestrians, signal if you’re planning to change directions, and come to a complete stop at red lights & stop signs. Check your city government’s website for local laws.
Park inside the JUMP zone shown on the map in your app, and be aware of no-parking areas and other locations where parking is prohibited by the authorities. Never leave your bike or scooter blocking sidewalks, walkways or accessibility ramps.
